Yes, the trees are adjustable and so is the flock as we make the gussets on the saddle large enough that they allow for a large amount of different adjustments. That is why we like customers to have a trial on the saddles to make sure they choose the right one as if the saddle is adjustable for your horse or pony and perfect for you you should never need to change it.

The first adjustment, we recommend this is within 3 months of your saddle fitting is free of charge subject to our travel fee, after that flocking is £45 and a tree adjustment is £60 . All these adjustments are made on site and unless your pony is remedial or still growing we usually recommend you see us once a year or when you identify you need an adjustment.

Yes we will, we have over 500 saddles in stock and when you contact us to make an enquirer we can discuss how you like to ride and take the details of your horses conformation, and your own. if you make an appointment we would like you to send us photos of your horses conformation so we can assess which or our tree and panel options will fit him best and this together with details of what suits you , and photos of you riding in a saddle you find comfortable we can make sure we bring the right saddles on the day.

You can then buy a saddle , we do need them paid for when we leave them with you I’m afraid and start your 14 day trial. Please then keep in touch with us as if we need to come back with either other options or to deliver a custom saddle we will return for free when we are next in the area.

Yes you can, as all these saddle brands are manufactured by ourselves then we usually have everything in stock . We would however recommend a conversation beforehand so we can get a good idea of which saddles would be most appropriate for you to try.

We try to keep our charges consistent so that everyone knows what the costs are , hence we charge £95 travel for anywhere within an hour of home and £120 for everywhere in mainland UK .the travel can be split if customers are at the same address £60 each for two and £45 per horse for 3 and above. International visits and islands would be individually quoted to cover the costs of flying .

For saddle checks on our own saddle brands we charge £45 for flocking and £60 for tree adjustments done at the time of the fitting and saddle assessment and fitting is free. Although we are happy to assess and flock other English brands of flocked saddles we cannot adjust the trees and only if they are at an address where we are seeing a customer with one of our own brands. Unfortunately due to our large amount of customer we are unable to undertake fitting of other brands of saddle only.

When we sell a saddle they come with an automatic trial period, 14 days with a traditional and 4 weeks for a ReactorPanel . We would encourage you to do as much riding as possible during this time to identify whether you need something special. Dean is very good at turning what you say into a saddle which will address you and your horses needs so talk to us and describe how you are feeling. Customer saddles from us are not expensive compared to the costs of replacing a saddle if it’s found to be unsuitable . If we identify that you need something special we will make your special saddle for you and then deliver it the next time we are in your area which is usually the following month , travel is free of charge and although we charge £25 a week for a ReactorPanel trial there is no charge for native pony, pony saddle company or comfort .
