Another busy month and yet again I’m late with my blogg! I’ve managed to fit in 3 trips to the South East, a Trip to Wales, the Isle of man, The Royal Highland and The Kent Show in since I last wrote and the customers have been doing fantastically in competition.

We kicked off our trip to the the North by calling in to check some saddles for Mathew lawrence. Mathew lined up 5 ponies for us to to fit and has since Qualified 3 of the for HOYS. Refitted Tower Clyde’s saddle to Benbreac, Fortunately its adjustable as he is a VERY big boy!Well done Mathew!

Mike King and Caru, Qualified for HOYS both in private driving and under saddle.

Off the to the Isle of Man and the Royal Highland where we caught up with Mike King and Caru (COEDFEDW SANDSTORM) who qualified for HOYS under saddle in Lincoln and then qualified again at The Highland by becoming the Private driving Champion. The only Horse or pony ever to qualify for HOYS both driven and undersaddle. His saddle checked and adjusted Mike decided to treat Caru to a Comfort show Hunter Bridle Ready for HOYS and we are planning to check the saddle again before he goes and wish them the very best of luck.

Meanwhile our Event riders have been having a great year, Both Libby Seed and Pheobe Locke were on the long list for the British Pony Eventing Team and the Under 18’s. Pheobe rode brilliantly at Barbury and has since made the Team for the first time. Still waiting to hear about Libby, good luck for Team selection on the 21st.

Meanwhile Yas has been out and about and rode beautifully at Hopetoun International Horse Trials coming 5th riding Fernhill Urco ( Ernie) in the CCI, the top British Finisher with Libby riding What a catch coming in 6th . We are also pleased to be able to announce that Yas now has the ride on Imperial Cavalier ( formerly with Mary King) or Archie as he is known and I’m looking forward to meeting him next week to fit him a dressage and a jumping saddle.
