“What photos do I need to send for my saddle fit?” – In this video we show you which saddles we need you to send so we can assess your horse or pony so the saddles you choose for us to bring will all fit on the day.

ReactorPanel Help Video – “What photos do I need to send for remote help?” – If you are confident about adjusting your own saddle, are in another country, would like advice as to whether you need a refit or we cannot get to you quickly due to constraints of our diary we can often help you with remote fitting advice. This video shows you which photos we need to be able to help you with a remote call.
ReactorPanel Help Video – Re attaching a ReactorPanel Panel – When your velcro is worn and needing replacement or you have just had your saddle refitted, sometimes panels can get knocked. We’ve made this video to help you re-attach them and feel free to call us for additional advice
