		The Office The office phones are mainly answered by Dean & Gini as they are diverted to our mobiles while we are out and about and to our agent Clare Keane if we are out of the country. Thanks to modern technology we are usually able to access our emails and the database. We would also like to credit our part time employees. Indiana Mortimore and Kate Bennett who manage the mountains of paper we create and look after our animals while we are away..	1
		Saddle Makers All our saddles are made in Walsall, England, the historic home of saddle making, by qualified, experienced Master Craftsman. Only the best quality English tanned leather and traditional British standard wooden trees are used. In fact almost everything that goes into a Saddle Exchange Saddling Solutions branded saddle is sourced from within a mile radius of the Saddler's workshops in the heart of Walsall, apart from the fittings on the new Iberian saddles which came from Portugal.	2
		Bridle Makers Like our saddles, our bridles and leather accessories are made by makers that have spent their whole lives working in the industry, the blend of this experience in this most traditional of fields with our experience of horses and riders needs has enabled us to develop such innovative products.	3
		The Fitting Specialists We are proud to introduce our highly trained team of Fitting Specialists in both Great Britain and Denmark. These dedicated people, have attained accreditation in the fitting of our specialist saddles are also available to advise on and supply Neue Schule bits. Do not accept anyone else who claims to fit our saddles, Accredited agents undertake a long apprenticeship and ongoing training in order to attain the required standard of fitting. As with anything related to horses saddle fitting is also an ongoing learning process and we are all constantly learning, evolving and sharing best practice. Only Saddle Exchange Accredited Fitters are approved by us to fit our products.	4
		International Contacts & Retail Shops Our retail partners and contacts in other parts of the world. Retail stores which stock our range of products and Contacts who organize clinics, demonstrations and fittings for us.	5
		Our Equine Team As well as being our inspiration our mainly rescued horses are invaluable when It comes to training our Fitting Specialists and whenever Dean decides it's time to design a new saddle.	7
		Our Product Testers After they have the approval of our selves and more importantly our horses the products are then passed on to our human testers.	8
