Top referral equine lameness vet, Dr Sue Dyson, from the Animal Health Trust, Newmarket, is our keynote speaker for this 2 day saddle fitting mini convention brought to you by MSFConnection, an international team of highly knowledgeable professionals, all specialised in back problems in relation to ill-fitting saddles and bad rider influence, to take saddle fitting… to the next level.
Dr Dyson will present a morning of how to detect lameness both in hand and ridden. The saddle fitting phase of the presentation will be a morning of the challenges of saddle fitting the modern horse by Gini Woodward of Saddle Exchange. Dr Anne Bondi will enlighten us about treeless saddles. Caroline Lindsay will demonstrate how to check fit. Jo Parkman will talk us through how her horse, Brian, developed a saddle fitting issue and the progression of his rehabilitation programme. Malan Goddard will present snippets from her encyclopaedic knowledge of the world of saddle fitting. This convention will be a mix of classroom and practical demonstration.
MSFConnection founder, Dr Gerry van Oossanen from the MSFC Academy in The Netherlands, will be in attendance for attendees to chat to.
Tickets cost £160 and include hot drinks and snacks all day.
